In spite of being incredibly simple, this kombucha smoothie recipe has a LOT to offer! Throw a few ingredients together to get the benefits of a post-workout carb boost in addition to an incredible range of nutritional and probiotic benefits! It gets better: the kombucha smoothie is delicious, too!
Place frozen* bananas in the blender. *If you do not have frozen bananas, use regular bananas and replace the water with ice. Put some bananas in the freezer for next time!
Add kombucha* to the blender *Make your own with our Kombucha Kits!
Add 1-2 TBS of honey to the blender (this is a matter of personal preference and how much of a carb-boost you are looking for!
Pour up to 3/4 cup of water in the blender (just top off the cup if you are using a single-serve)
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Pour your finished smoothie into a cup & enjoy!
This recipe is made for a single serving and works perfectly with a single-serve Ninja blender cup. Multiply the ingredients by your desired number of servings to make several servings at once!
