My first batch with your kit has produced a wonderful healthy new SCOBY and your instructions are much easier and clearer to follow than others that I have tried. Also, I love the fact that you sent a SCOBY in its own "juice". My first attempt was with a dehydrated? SCOBY and it just did not work.
