Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within the USA (continental)

  • All orders generally ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Most ship by the business day after purchase.
  • All orders of $80 and over qualify for free standard shipping.  Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $1-5 on most other orders.*
  • Standard shipping generally takes 2-5 business days
  • Expedited shipping upgrades (1-3 day shipping) are available and may be selected at check-out
    • Expedited options are:
      • 1-3 business days: Upgrade cost varies by product(s)
      • USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day): Calculated based on order and USPS rates

Most orders with standard shipping will be sent via USPS or UPS.  A shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at check-out.

Please note that small and light items purchased alone, such as pH strips and adhesive thermometer strips, may be shipped in first-class envelopes.  This allows us to offer these items at lower prices.  Tracking will not be available in these instances.

*For multi-quantity orders, some items have a higher flat-rate shipping cost as a result of being heavy and/or large items.

Gifts: Message to Recipient

  • Our packing slips do NOT contain prices, so the recipient of your gift will not see pricing
  • You CAN leave a message for your recipient!  Simply add your message to the “Order notes” field during checkout.  Your notes will print on the packing slip we include, so the recipient will see your exact message.  We recommend signing off with your name as only the shipping address is included on the packing slip.

International Shipping

  • We ship our products all over the world!  We offer the following USPS shipping options at check-out:
    • First Class International: Generally 7-21 days to arrival
    • Priority Mail International: Generally 6-10 days to arrival
    • Priority Mail International Express:  Generally 3-5 days to arrival
  • International shipments may be subject to import/customs fees.  You, as the buyer, are responsible for these fees.  Should you refuse to pay these fees,  you will be responsible for the shipping cost and restocking fee on any goods returned to us. If goods are not returned to us, no refund will be issued.  We recommend being aware of your country’s import/customs policies prior to ordering.

Please double-check the shipping address you provide!

  • You are responsible for the shipping address provided at check-out.  The address you provide is the address we receive for your order.  It will be listed on your order confirmation as well.
  • If you notice you provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.  If your item has not shipped, we will update your order and confirm the change.

PO Box Addresses

  • When possible, we recommend using a standard, non-PO box address
  • Small and mid-size items are generally eligible for shipping to PO box addresses
  • Some large items ship via UPS and cannot be delivered to PO box addresses in all locations.  These instances are generally limited to orders of multiple gallon glass jars and flip-top glass bottles.  If you provide a PO box address at checkout and we cannot deliver to it, we will reach out to you to request a standard address and shipment may be delayed.
